Hot Chocolate Mix------ worlds best!!! WITH MINT!!

1 8qt package instant non-fat dry milk
1 l lb jar of Coffeemate creamer
1 2 lb can of Nestles Quik
2 cups of powdered sugar.
2 large package of instant chocolate pudding mix or 1 each of vanilla and chocolate
Small jar of instant coffee
1 cup crushed peppermint candy-(crush in blender)

Directions: Mix the ingredients together

fill at least 1/3 of cup with mix, add hot water to fill.


this chai tea is a wonderful gift in small jars.
I love the taste

Chai Latte Mix
Ingredients
1 cup nonfat dry milk powder
1 cup powdered non-dairy creamer
1 cup French vanilla flavored powdered non-dairy creamer
2 1/2 cups white sugar
1 1/2 cups unsweetened instant tea
2 teaspoons ground ginger
2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
1 teaspoon ground cloves
1 teaspoon ground cardamom

Directions
In a large bowl, combine milk powder, non-dairy creamer, vanilla flavored creamer, sugar and instant tea.

Stir in ginger, cinnamon, cloves and cardamom.

In a blender or food processor, blend 1 cup at a time, until mixture is the consistency of fine powder.

To serve:
Stir 2 heaping tablespoons Chai tea mixture into a mug of hot water

Hot Cocoa Mix In A Jar
(for a gift) makes a GALLON--
great to jar up in smaller decorated jars for GIFTS

Hot Cocoa Mix Mix together:
1 pound can Nestle Quick
1 (11-ounce) jar Coffee Mate
1 (8-quart) box Carnation Powdered Milk
1/2 pound Powdered Sugar(1 3/4 cups about) If you can find vanilla POWDER-that works great in this
Makes one gallon of dry mix.
Put in glass jars for gift giving OR put in an ice cream bucket to enjoy all winter long.

To Use: Put 1/2 cup mix into a cup (8-ounce) of boiling water. Add mini-marshmallows if desired, and stir with a cinnamon stick-if desired. This is really a good mix, which has won many contests...enjoy!

ALL IS CALM HOT CHOCOLATE
very good! I have made it for gifts

8 oz. semisweet or bittersweet chocolate chunks or peices
2/3 cup sugar
1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
1/2 teaspoon anise seed, toasted* and crushed
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon

For mix, in a large bowl combine chocolate, chunks or pieces, sugar, cocoa powder, anise seed, and cinnamon. Spoon into a container, jar or self-sealing plastic bag. Cover or seal.

Include the following recipe directions:

ALL-IS-CALM HOT CHOCOLATE: To make 4 servings of hot chocolate, in a medium saucepan combine 2/3 cup cocoa mix and 1/4 cup water. Stir over medium heat until chocolate is melted and mixture is smooth. Whisk in 4 cups milk, half and half or light cream, heat through, whisking occasionally. pour into mugs. Mix makes 12 servings. * To toast anise seed place seed in baking pan. Bake at 350 for 5 minutes

Instant Cocoa

3 C instant nonfat dry milk powder
2 1/2 c powdered sugar
1 c cocoa powder
1 c nondairy creamer
1 c mini marshmallows
1/2 c mini semisweet chocolate chips

Mix all. Use 1/3 cup mix in 3/4 c boiling water. Can put 1/3 c mix in cellophane bag with pretty bow in a cup for a gift. Attach instructions to make one cup of cocoa to the bag or cup.

Spiced Instant Hot Tea

Mix instant powdered tea container of tang container of lemonade mix all and add nutmeg and cinnamon.
She said to put two scoops in a cup of hot water and is"the most delicious thing in the world" someone used these measurements--

1 cup lemonade, 1/2 cup of Tang, 1/2 cup of tea, 1/2 cup of sugar, 1/4 tsp. cloves, 1/2 tsp of cinnamon.
Naturally you can double and triple depending on how much you want to make. can put in small jars and give as gifts for Christmas!--good idea

Homemade Hot Chocolate

This makes a bigger batch and is the version
I use for gift jars, it's gourmet quality.

Hot Chocolate Mix

Mix the ingredients together and fill at least 1/3 of cup with mix, add hot water to fill. I buy vanilla powder to add to the mix or add a small jar of vanilla coffeemate.

I's fun to add different flavors like Irish Cream or Hazelnut. I added crushed peppermint candy--around 1 cup
