DUMP IT AND RUN CHICKEN
boneless, skinless, chicken breasts
fresh baby carrots
1 can mushroom pieces, drained
1 can cream of mushroom soup, undiluted
peas or corn would be good
cooked rice
Layer ingredients in order listed into a crock-pot.
Season the chicken to your taste
and salt & pepper the carrots.
Cover and cook on high for 2 hours and then on low for 3 hours.
Or cook on low for about 8 hours.
Serve over rice.

Crockpot Italian Beef
3 pounds beef chuck roast
3 (1 ounce) packages dry Italian salad dressing mix
1 cup water
1 (16 ounce) jar pepperoncini peppers
8 hamburger buns, split
DIRECTIONS
Place the roast into a slow cooker, and season with Italian dressing mix. Pour in the water. Cover, and cook on High for 6 to 7 hours. During the last hour, shred the meat with two forks - if it does not shred easily, cook longer. Add the peppers, and as much of the juice as you like for additional flavor. Serve on buns.

TASTY TURKEY
1 bone-in turkey breast,
thawed 1 can cranberry sauce
1 pkg onion soup **Make sure the turkey breast you get will fit in your crock pot!!
Put turkey breast in crock pot, add cranberry sauce and onion soup.
No need to mix them together, but you can if you want.
Cook on high for two hours and on low for 5-6 hours. Enjoy

1-1/2 # pork steak - cut into strips
2 tbs oil
1 large onion sliced
1 small green pepper cut into strips (I always freeze cut green peppers for this part)
1 4 oz can mushrooms (don't drain - include juice)
8 oz can tomato sauce
3 tsp brown sugar
1-1/2 tbs vinegar
1-1/2 tsp salt
2 tsp worchestire sauce
brown pork strips in oil in skillet to remove fat - drain on paper towel.
place pork and remaining ingredients in crock pot.
cover and cook for 6-8 low.
Serve over rice. (I have put this on at 6 a.m., and eaten at 6 p.m. and it never suffers being in any longer than 8 hours).

1 lb beef stew meat
1 can mushroom pieces (i used fresh)

Mix all ingredients in crockpot, and stir well to combine.
Cook on low 8-10 hours.
Serve over egg noodles or rice. The sauce comes out creamy with wonderful flavor

Put a pot roast or a cheaper cut roast into a crockpot with
1 cup of water,
V-8 juice, tomato juice
Cook on low for 8-10 hours until done. I cook it to well done and it is so moist and tender. I won't cook a roast any other way now.

Crockpot Cranberry Roast
1 Large Onion, Sliced Into ?? Slices
1 (1 Ounce) Envelope Dry Onion Soup Mix
1 (3 Pound) Beef Chuck Roast
1 (16 Ounce) Can Jellied Cranberry Sauce
2 Tablespoons Butter
2 Tablespoons All-Purpose Flour
Place sliced onions in bottom of crockpot.
Sprinkle onion soup mix over the onions .
Place roast in the slow cooker, and top with cranberry sauce.
Cover, and cook 6-8 hours on Low.
Remove roast, and set aside.
Set slow cooker to High.
Whisk together butter and flour, and slowly mix into the liquid remaining in the slow cooker to create a pour-over sauce .
Serve oven baked potatoes or mashed potatoes with the roast.

Easy Swiss steak crockpot
1- 1/2 lbs round steak, cut into serving size pieces
1 lb baby carrots
1 envelope dry onion soup mix
1 can tomato sauce
1/2 cup water
Place carrots in bottom of greased crock pot.
Top with steak.
Combine soup mid, tomato sauce, and water. Pour over other ingredients.
Cover and cook on low for 8-10 hours.

Cranberry Chicken (Crockpot)
4 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves
1 can whole cranberry sauce
2/3 cup chili sauce
2 tablespoons cider vinegar
2 tablespoons brown sugar
1 envelope dry onion soup mix
Place chicken breasts in crock-pot.
Combine remaining ingredients; add to crock-pot, coating chicken well.
Cover and cook on LOW for 6 to 8 hours

BAKE POTATOES
I cook my bake potatoes in the crockpot with on foil on then.I just wash them really good and prick them several times with a fork and cook on low 2-3 hours.Check for doneness by sticking a fork into one and if it go thought good they are done.

Crockpot Ham
I wrapped the ham in foil after sprinkling on some "spiced cider mix" (weird, huh?).
Crocked all day on low....it tasted exactly like one of those "honey-baked" or spiral-sliced hams. Was great, easy and the family loved it. Who would've thunk it??

BBQ Hot Wing
2lbs wings
8oz Italian dressing
3/4c hot sauce cayanne pepper
Fry the wings in butter until crispy. Pour remaing ingredients in a crockpot. Add wings and toss. Cook on high for one hour then to low.

Mushroom Pork Tenderloin
2 pork tenderloins (1 lb. each)
1 can golden mushroom soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can French onion soup
Hot mashed potatoes, optional
Place pork in a crockpot.
In a bowl, combine soups; stir until smooth. Pour over pork.
Cover and cook on low 4 to 5 hours or until meat is tender.
Serve with mashed potatoes if desired. This makes its own gravy.

FANTASTIC SLOW COOKER CHICKEN BBQ
4 lbs. Chicken breasts, pork or beef
3/4 c. Water
3 T. Worcestershire
3 T. Vinegar
28 oz. Barbecue sauce [Montomery Inn BBQ Sauce - great]
Place chicken, water, Worcestershire, vinegar in cooker set on low;
cook for 6 hours; drain juices;
shred chicken right in the slow cooker using 2 forks to pull it apart; pour in barbecue sauce; stir to combine; cook on low for 1 hour.

2 (24-oz.) bags frozen hash browns, partially thawed
2 (8-oz.) pkgs.cream cheese
2 packets Hidden Valley Ranch Dressing mix
2 cans cream of potato soup
Put potatoes in crockpot.
Mix remaining ingredients in a bowl and add to potatoes. Stir well.
Cook on LOW 7-9 hours. Stir before serving

BEST EVER CHILE DOG
(This is from the recipe they served at my hometown drugstore soda fountain)
1 can HOT enchilada sauce (Old El Paso)
1 can MEDIUM enchilada sauce
1 can or once cup cooked pinto beans
1 lb browned ground beef
2 tbl dry garlic
1 tbl onion powder
salt & pepper to taste
shredded cheddar OR sliced American cheese
chopped onion
Cooked weiners and buns
cook enchilada sauce, beef, beens, seasons in crockpot, low all day. Serve open face by splittling hot dog bun and two weiners down the middle place two wiener halves on each half of hot dog bun. Top with shredded cheddar or sliced cheese, spoon chile mixture over hot dog, garnish with chopped onion. Good eatins!

Salisbury Steak
4-6 cube steaks
1 can beefy mushroom soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 onion-finely chopped
1 can sliced mushrooms
Salt and pepper
Flour Salt and pepper both sides of the cube steaks and layer them in the bottom of the crock pot.
Mix together the soups, onions and mushrooms and pour over the top of the steaks. Let cook on low for 6-8 hours. Take the steaks out and thicken the gravy with flour as needed. Serve with mashed potatoes.

Beef and noodles
3 lbs stew beef*
2 cans cream soup (any flavor)
1/2 soup can water
1 envelope dry onion soup mix
Hot cooked noodles
Mix all together and put in crock pot. Cook on low 6-8 hours or on high 4 hours until meat is tender. mix with noodles or serve with mashed potatoes. *can use 3 lbs cut up pork with savory garlic and herb soup mix. This is quick and easy and my grandkids favorite.

Chops In a Crock
6 pork chops, browned (you can skip the browning)
1 onion, chopped
3 T. catsup
10.5 oz can cream of mushroom soup
2 t Worcestershire sauce
Place into crockpot and simmer about 4-5 hours. Serve with rice, noodles or potatoes.

Creamy Chicken
1 can Cream of Mushroom Soup
1 can Cream of Chicken Soup
1 can Cheddar Cheese Soup
Chicken breasts (If you are using maybe 4 chicken breasts then I would use a regular can of the soups, - alot of chicken I use large cans soups)
Then I use 2 cans of the cheddar cheese soup
I put the soup in the crock and add the chicken and move it around to cover up the chicken. Let it cook for hours.......Very very good-and so easy.

Sweet Cream Corn
2 Blocks (8oz each) Cream Cheese
2 Sticks Butter
2 Bags Frozen Corn
10 TBSP Water
6 TBSP Sugar
Put all ingredients into a crock-pot and let cook until everything is melted together and hot

Crockpot Swiss Steak
1 green pepper, chopped
1 onion, chopped
1 tsp. oil
Round steak or cube steaks, cut into serving sized pieces
1 can diced tomatoes(can use tomato sauce if you prefer saucy instead of chuncky)
2 tsp A-1 steak sauce
salt, pepper and garlic powder to taste
cook green pepper and onion in oil until onion is clear. Place steak pieces in crockpot. Sprinkle green pepper and onion on top. Mix tomatoes, A-1 and salt, pepper and garlic. Pour over steak and cook on low for at least 4-5 hours. Can cook all day.Serve with noodles, rice or mashed potatoes.

Slow Cooker Chicken and Dumplings
4 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves
2 tablespoons butter
2 (10.75 ounce) cans condensed cream of chicken soup
1 onion, finely diced
2 (10 ounce) packages refrigerated biscuit dough, torn into pieces
Place the chicken, butter, soup, and onion in a slow cooker, and fill with enough water to cover. Cover, and cook for 5 to 6 hours on High. About 30 minutes before serving, place the torn biscuit dough in the slow cooker. Cook until the dough is no longer raw in the center.

This is one of my shockingly easy ones.
I cook a pork roast in the crockpot
with maybe a cup or two or water either the night before the party
or at least enough hours ahead that you can shred it and then put barbecue sauce on it for a few hours.
I use low or high for this, depending on how much of a hurry I am in,
but low if it is going to cook overnight).
Once the meat is fall apart tender, I drain the liquid, shred the meat, put the meat back in the crockpot with one large or two regular size bottles of barbecue sauce and cook on keep warm for several hours.

BBQ pork
This is what I do and it's sooo good and simple.
Put pork in crockpot and
pour 1 cup cider vinegar over it and
let it cook until you can pull it apart.
Then shread it with two forks and
pour 1 bottle of BBQ sauce over =
cook for another hour.

BBQ Pulled Pork
1 pork roast (you can use a cheap cut, in fact it's much better!)
1 bottle of YOUR favorite BBQ sauce
1 large onion, sliced
Place the pork roast into crock pot and pour BBQ sauce over the roast, place onion on top. Cook on low for 8-10 hours. When tender, use two forks to shred the roast. Place back in crock pot and let cook at least another 30 minutes! Serve on buns.
