Chickpea Salad



I love this salad. You can add all kinds
of different things to it. I love green onions
from the garden in it.

Chickpea Salad

1 15-ounce can chickpeas, drained and rinsed
1 tsp. fresh lemon juice
2 tsp. olive oil
¼ cup loosely packed shredded Parmaesan
Salt n pepper
Combine all ingredients in a bowl, and stir gently to mix.
Taste, and adjust seasoning as necessary.
